Many professionals find the front end of the sales process, (leads generation, prospecting and appointment setting) rather distasteful. For many years, Impact Business Solutions has helped its clients find new business opportunities.

A company may not have the time, the resources or the expertise to prospect for new business. Often, everyone in the firm is focused on getting current projects out the door and new business development becomes somewhat of a lower priority. When the in-house work is completed, everyone starts wondering where the next opportunity will be coming from. It's too late then to begin the process of finding new business.

Typical Project Description:

Impact Business Solutions, Inc. will develop and execute a "proactive"prospecting and leads development program on behalf of a client company to include the following:

  • Develop a "go to" workable prospecting list and database from current clients, recent leads and TBD targeted profiled list.
  • Work with the client to develop the ideal client profile, and a specific outbound message to be used to communicate with prospects.
  • Pursue between 25 and 50 companies/week with a minimum of 4 attempts to contact the relevant decision maker for each prospect company. Set appointments with decision makers, whenever possible.
  • Send the client a weekly "Call Report" detailing the outcome of telephone prospecting efforts no later than Wednesday of the following week.
  • Send clients a list of prospects for review and deletion at the beginning of the call program.
  • Role-play with client to ensure the integrity of the outbound message before initiating any outbound calls.
  • Participate in a weekly conference call with client to discuss results of prospecting activities.
  • Provide a dedicated telephone line for Client Company for inbound calls.
  • Establish a program to follow-up on identified leads.
  • Prospecting Exclusivity: each client shall be considered to be exclusive for telephone prospecting within the specific industries they are targeting as well as in a specific geography.
